I have a data 213 million records.Please suggest me how to maintain this data in single table or by table partitioning.Very urgent

Hi,
Partition option is critical..
as i think u have to create another table with partitions been set and then select this table values into that..
by the way, what is the issue like ? are there any performance errors ?
