Mahesh,

Thanks for your help so far. Do you do it to just help people out ?
Here is a situation. Perur sugestions i tried to ...

connect sys/sys as sysdba and it works if I'm logged in as some other user already one of servers, one the second one it does not.

When I try to login as sys through windows Start-OracleHome90-SQLplus it logs in sys but doesn't have certain privileges like doing archive log list.

What do you sugest for the situation on my second server ?
