Could i know how to track the change of passwords/default tablespace for a user. As somebody have changed the password/default tablespace for one of the users(not sys & system) in my database. I need to know who/when changed it. I can not find it in my trace files? How can i find it in oracle.

unless you setup AUDITING you cannot track it.
and
i beleive, you can also track the ddl using triggers.
