We try to install oracle 8.1.6 on Windows 2000 server in a PC, Pentium IV, 1.7 GHZ, mainboard PC Chips 925, with 512 MB RAM. But when we click on SETUP icon in order to install oracle, this program can't execute and the system not display any message.

Please, can you help us about this problem.
