Hello,
I have basic knowlegde of RDBMS. I wanna make my carrier as Oracle DBA. Could anybody guide me how to begin with and even the books with which i should begin. Thanks

Good think to do is to obtain Oracle Certified Professional - DBA certificate. The learning process will ensure you cover the most areas of Oracle core, and the certificate will be the proof of it.
