Hello all,
When i am creating a procedure, The session hangs and if i restart the database, the procedure is again getting converted..
What could be the poblem..
I have started the trace and checked the Trace file, It says some memory dump error and some codes..

What is the problem ?
I am sorry, i cant paste table structure and procedure here as they were very long
