I would like to know if any one has a script to see which session is using the temporary tablespace as we keep getting our temporary tablespace filled and cannot tack who is causing the problem.

have a look at the users that are using the db, when you create a user you also assing that user a temp TB, if you have more then 1 user assign to that TEM TB, use OEM and from there you can have a look at all the jobs that are running at that time etc ... also you could increase the space for that TEMP tablespace ...
